Things you need to know:
Minimum Numbers
A minimum number of 10 people is required for the suggested menus. For numbers fewer than this, an alternative menu may be supplied.
Special Diets
Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian diets and allergy sensitive clients are catered for personally by Celcius Catering Christchurch. We always provide a selection of vegetarian options, but please let us know if you would like them plattered separately.

Beverages
Celcius Catering Christchurch can also provide you with beverages. We supply freshly filtered Organic Fair Trade coffee, hot water & Dilmah Tea selection, as well as juice and soft drinks. We can also supply wine & beer for evening functions.
Hire Service
For your convenience, we can provide most hire equipment e.g. cups/saucers, plates, glasses, tablecloths, Trestle tables, Water Filter Unit etc.
Staff
The team at Celcius Catering Christchurch are able to take care of your function. Please ask for a quote providing you with wait staff/ bar staff if required. Please note, for functions that we supply Alcoholic beverages we are legally obligated to supply a Duty Manager.
Delivery Fee/Pick Up Fee
A delivery fee will be charged on all orders outside of the University of Canterbury OR below the value of $100. Prices (dependent on distance) will be discussed on application.
Disposable Platters
Our bright red disposable boxes are a popular option for working lunches or less formal occasions. However, platters are available for more formal affairs. Let us know your preference.
Leftover food
On request, any excess food (that has not been out on the table for more than 1 hour) will be left for you. However, all excess food must be refrigerated immediately and consumed within 24 hours. Our normal practice is to dispose of all leftover food, so please make sure that you advise the staff at the event that you would like to keep the leftovers.
Payment
Payment can be made direct into our account or we also accept payment by credit card or cheque.
Weekend Catering
We can cater for weekend functions for numbers of 50 people or more with the menus stated on our website. We offer an alternative weekend menu for functions under 50 people, please ask us for a quote. Bookings for weekends should be made at least one week in advance. Prices for weekend catering differ from the prices stated on the website - Please ask us for a quote.
